MF Solicitors were established in 2016 by Mohammed Farooq. Mohammed qualified as a solicitor in September 2010 having completed his training contract at McGrigors LLP (now Pinsent Masons LLP). Post qualification Mohammed joined KPMG LLP’s Corporate and Commercial Legal Services team, where he has heavily involved in advising, alongside colleagues in the KPMG’s Tax teams, a range of clients on various transactions including group reorganisations and entity rationalisation projects, financing arrangements to allow investors to benefit from the Quoted Eurobond Exemption, inbound investments into the UK and general day to company and commercial law advice.
